500 gr shrimps, No. 16/20
10 basil leaves
100 gr orange juice
300 gr olive oil
150 gr orange juice
½ red onion cut julienne style
6 gr AKTAIA sea crystal®
Cut the orange, the lemon and the grapefruit into slices and mix them in a bowl with the basil leaves and the cherry tomatoes.
Sauté the shrimps in a nonstick pan with olive oil until they reach brown color to all sides and season with 6 gr AKTAIA sea crystal®.
In another bowl combine the orange juice with the olive oil.
Taste and season with one or two pinches of AKTAIA sea crystal®.
Dress with the dressing the mixture of fruit and shrimps and serve.
