Omelet with asparagus, feta cheese and onion (4 servings)

6 eggs
150 gr asparagus, peeled and sliced
100 gr onion, medium-thick slices
80 gr grated feta cheese
2 gr pepper
8 gr AKTAIA sea crystals®
50 gr olive oil

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add asparagus and onion, and sauté until a rich golden brown. Then add the eggs and the feta cheese and season with pepper and AKTAIA sea crystals®. Reduce heat and cook over low heat to cook the egg thoroughly. Ideally cover with a same size plate for proper cooking.
